Type of project and use of building: Residential conversion of 6 barns

The Angrouse development in Cornwall comprises of six luxury barn conversions that have been completed to an exceptionally high standard.  Just a five-minute walk from the sea, the development benefits from stunning unspoilt views and landscaped courtyard. 

David was both the developer and project manager for this barn conversion project, helping to create individual Cornish stone barns with open beamed ceilings, real wooden flooring and glazing to maximise the stunning local views.
