Key Delivery: Overcame all consultee objections to secure a formal Grant of Planning Approval, authored an accepted Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) resolving technical waste water drainage for an on-site swim spa, and engineered approximately £190,000 in gross budget savings (40x client ROI) and provided the expert oversight expected of a
technical arbitrator for construction in Dorset.
