1985 – 2000: The Practical Foundation: The first 15 years of my career were defined by hands-on execution. This period provided an exhaustive understanding of structural fundamentals, traditional trades, and the raw mechanics of building. I don't just understand a plan; I understand the physical reality of how materials bond, how structures settle, and how craftsmanship is achieved.
2000 – Present: The Prime Evolution For the past quarter-century, I have applied that practical foundation to the delivery of complex, high-specification residential developments. I have navigated the transition into modern engineering and high-performance building envelopes.

Precision Beyond the Surface In the high-end residential sector, a project’s true quality is rarely determined by its final aesthetic. It is determined by the integrity of the structural junctions, the routing of the mechanical services, and the precision of the first-fix installations. Once the walls are closed and the finishes applied, the opportunity for oversight is lost.
